Introduction

FX Minutes is an educational site providing information about how FX works, its risks and preparing to trade. This policy explains how we handle information associated with inquiries and site administration.

The Japanese source text has not yet undergone professional legal review. Legal review is required before launch; this text does not indicate that legal compliance has been confirmed.

Information received through inquiries and its purposes

We accept inquiries by email at info@fx-minutes.com. We receive the sender’s email address, information included in the email such as a name, the inquiry itself and any attached materials.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, check published content and correction requests, communicate about partnerships and business matters, and address site problems. This site has no form for submitting inquiries.

Include only the information needed to check your inquiry. Do not send passwords, trading account credentials or identity documents. This site does not act as an intermediary for broker account procedures.

Cookies and site administration

WordPress, which is used to administer this site, uses cookies to verify logins, maintain login sessions and manage administration-screen display settings. Cookies associated with administration are distinct from ordinary article browsing.

The current site implementation does not include external scripts for analytics or advertising delivery. You can manage cookies and similar settings in your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent administrative login and related functions from working.

External sites and partner links

This site contains links to official information and partner/IB links containing information that identifies the referral source. Opening a link takes you to an external site. Information collection and handling there are governed by that service’s privacy policy and terms.

This site has no function for entering or submitting broker account registration or identity-verification information. Before entering information to open an account or for a similar purpose, check the destination site’s operator and official conditions.

We use email sending and receiving services for email inquiries. Before sending an email, also check how your own email service handles information.

The site is configured to use images from the external service Gravatar for logged-in administrator icons. Loading an image sends a browser request to a URL containing a hash generated from the administrator’s email address. This is an administration feature; it does not introduce analytics into ordinary article browsing.

Server records

The site’s operating environment generates server error records relating to faults. When we consult these records, it is to investigate problems and support stable operation.

The fields recorded and the way records are stored depend on the operating environment’s configuration. This policy therefore does not specify an unverified retention period or deletion deadline.
